Learners should not submit confidential business information, passwords, financial credentials, or sensitive personal records through course activities or AI tools.
SkillX may use a learner’s name, email address, institution, approved-roster eligibility, enrollment details, learning progress, assessment results, certificate records, and support information to operate and administer the learning experience.
Learners may request correction or deletion of eligible account information through the SkillX Support Center. Some records may be retained when needed for certificate verification, security, audit, or essential platform administration.
Secure hosting, database, file-storage, email, and certificate-verification services may process limited information when needed to operate SkillX and its learner-support functions.
